Michael Napoli, COO

Mr. Napoli’s diverse career has spanned three decades, and during this time he has honed a distinct methodology on building global sales and operations teams.

 Prior to joining CE, Napoli was the VP of Operations for Gradwohl Homeworks Inc where he was responsible for overseeing the operations of this U.S. based consumer-products company with manufacturing operations in China and Sri Lanka. Customers included The Home Depot, Neiman Marcus, Kohls, Williams-Sonoma, Costco, Crate and Barrel, and many others.

Previously, Mr. Napoli spent twelve years in technology both as an individual sales contributor and a sales manager, and has been recognized for outstanding achievements.  At SeaTab Software, Mr. Napoli was recognized as the company’s first million dollar plus sales executive. While at 2WAY Corporation, Mr. Napoli was promoted three times, and as the Director of Channel Sales and Sales Operations, was recognized as being a key member of the executive management team.

Richard Salitra, CFO

Mr. Salitra has over 25 years of financial and operations management experience working with technology companies in mobile communications and telecommunications services, software, real estate, and financial services.

Most recently, Mr. Salitra served as the Director of Finance for Medio Systems, a leading provider of mobile search solutions, overseeing all aspects of accounting, finance, treasury, insurance, and HR for  the corporate parent and all foreign subsidiary operations.  Previously, Mr. Salitra was the Vice-President of Finance for 2WAY Corporation, a software company specializing in survey software for the corporate market.  He has also worked for T-Mobile USA and for Expotel Corporation, and has consulted for several technology companies including Entomo, Kuhlman Technologies, and KindClicks.  Mr. Salitra began his career in New York City, working for several financial institutions in various capacities.

Mr. Salitra holds an MBA with an Operations concentration from Seattle University, and both a BS in Accounting/Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.  Additionally, Mr. Salitra has passed both the CPA and CMA exams in 1996.
